Payment is due at the beginning of each session. My fee is $89.00/hour which must be paid by the client at the onset of each session. If more than three (3) consecutive sessions have occurred without payment, termination or referral of services may be considered, and will be discussed with the client.
I accept cash, check, and Visa as methods of payment.
Group and Life Therapy
Initial session = $89.00
Group Therapy = $50.00 or $175 (4 Sessions)
Life Coaching = $80.00
Phone Consultation
Upon establishment of our therapeutic relationship (after the second session) we may find the need for occasional phone consultations. Therapy will be offered at the following rates:
Fifteen (15) minutes of phone consultation at $20.00 per fifteen (15) minutes {with a $20.00 minimum}. Clients are offered the opportunity to utilize Cash, Check, Visa or PayPal for payment.
*** Services will be rendered accordingly as per the example noted below:
Example 1: Thirty (30) minute phone consultation
First fifteen (15) minutes = free of charge
Remaining twenty (15) minutes of phone
consultation = $40.00
Example 2: Forty-five (45) minute phone consultation
First fifteen (15) minutes = free of charge
Remaining thirty-five (35) minutes of phone
consultation = $70.00
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an existing appointment must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, clients are billed $89.00. I will make at least two attempts to contact you by mail and by telephone after a missed appointment. If I am unable to succeed making contact, a Termination of Services letter and an $89.00 invoice (for the missed appointment) will be mailed to you.Please note that all unanticipated or urgent situations will be reconsidered at my discretion.
